Well it's crazy at the shop so progress is really slow on this project right now. But the assembling of parts is still happening. Got my pressurized carbs and surge tank mocked up So I can get this little part mocked up and plumbed in place

Well, it's been pretty busy at the shop and not a lot of time for projects what with trying to get needle and seats for the RZ500 and leaking oil pump on the H1, but that's another story, anyway I have managed to get a "proto type" pipe made to connect the turbo to the surge tank. I have since gotten a second pipe made without the kinks in it but have not had a chance to install and fit it yet. There is actually lots of clearance between the swing arm and pipe and pipe and frame brace but it is had to tell from the pics. I moved the swing arm to it's full stroke in both directions to make sure. The pics make it look closer than it actually is. Should keep my but warm on those fall and spring days anyway, lol

Cool, turbo projects are fun...have you ever thought of using pvc for boost tubes? They're cheap, nice bends, and plastic isn't a heat sink

Still pretty busy at the shop but did manage to get the connecting rods balanced to each other and checked the bearing clearances using Plastigage. All are right in the middle of the spec with no scoring visible

How much boost are you planning to run? 25 psi Lol...it would make like 200HP! I'm sure it'll be a little more modest...maybe 10 lbs?
