That spray foam is great stuff, just seeing this gives me some ideas. Hope to see more progress pics on the next steps.

Hey Fred, Have you tried a hot wire to cut foam shapes using a battery charger and some inconel or staineless lockwire? You make a bow and run the wire over templates at either end. Works on pink foam etc from the building supply joint. That would give you a shaped platform to glue rubber or fiber glass to. We made model airplane wings that way as kids, then moved on to hot knives LOL.

Fiberglass awesome, it's like doing arts and crafts...but you end up with bike parts. Something about this project is close to my hart, a little rough around the edges, low budget and you're doing pretty much everything yourself. Super cool man

Use epoxy finishing resin, that wont affect the foam and is stronger.

Super cool man Thanks π, but I prefer to think of it as "hand crafted, old school" lolπ. But the building is 3/4 of the fun for me. This is another long term project for me. Not this coming summer but maybe next summer I'll have it on the road. π€π€I always have my H1 to ride ππ

I was hoping so, but I still have to get a rim, tire, and spokes sorted to fit my Virago hub and get the clearance for the pipe. The fun continuesπππ

You're gonna put up a YouTube video when you get it running right?
