Gary I'm confused as to the internals separate bit . The left hand switch is ready to fit and screws are supplied just plug in The throttle side just needs the tube. My bud has one on his 72 H1B and it fitted perfect and plugged in just the same.

Having a hell of a time getting the rust and crude out of the tach cable. I have flushed it with numerous types of solvents and every time I lube the cable it still contains lots of grit. This is the cable soaking in a tub of envirorust small assortment of cleaning products I'm going to keep the cable filled with envirorust for about 8 hours and see if that cleans it out. If that is still a fail, I'll buy a new one. The speedo cable internals cleaned out no problem. But I think I am missing a small rubber "O" ring that goes around the bottom

Thanks ... the envriorust cleaned out the tach cable after soaking for 12 hours it got rid of all the crude in it.
Getting closer to being done, well at least as done as it can get in my basement.

Thanks, this one was relatively straight forward compared to my H1, it's been kicking I disagree since day one. I will have to start a build thread for that one.
