Wow you`ve been busy, your starting point, the bike was/is way more complete than both of mine when I started. The only saving grace with my s2 was the engine was good, every thing else was toast. Spent 11 months basically rounding up parts to build a bike from scratch. A very pricy adventure to say the least, mind you I did some aftermarket custom work, wheels seat, bars, brakes, fenders etc etc.

Thanks guys, I don't know why I thought it was 23mm. I will make the change.
This build started a couple of months ago, I'm just getting around to posting

500 pounds of sandblasting to get it to this point. The wheels have been dropped off at the powdercoat's. I should be able to pick them up next week. Satin Black. The bike will eventually be red so the combination should work well together. I ran out of warm weather to do the red paint and I got tired of looking at all the tins in primer so the dark grey will be it's winter colour.

Bike is looking great! How was the tank?

Thanks for the comments, the tank I got from H2Dude was better than the one that came with the bike. Fewer dents and less rust. The tank still needed to be lined so I used POR-15. I had a monza style filler cap left over from a Honda cb750 Cafe project so I used that instead of buying a new gas cap.
I will slap the tins on today and grab a pic of what it looks like.

ummm as you can see on this bike I'm not using a lot of polish or shiny bits. The wheels will be satin black.
Had a heck of a time finding Dunlop K series tires. Ordered them from Walridge where I get my Brit parts.

Very nice! Are you keeping the satin black on the tins? I love that look... I haven't decided yet, I'm a huge fan of that look. I had a Triumph Thunderbird and a Street Triple that had the matte black look so I really like it. I was originally planning more of a deep red paint. The tins are not painted, it's a wrap. I ran out of warm weather to apply a proper paint job and I was bored at looking at the tins in primer. I'm not sure how the wrap would react if I got a drop of gas on it.

I like it! Can you post a shot of those signals. LED I assume? Keep it going...... These are $10 a pair from Emgo. I have used led on another project and love them as they are super bright but this is supposed to be a low dollar build. I'm saving my build money for my H1 project. These are Rizoma zeros, I think
