I found a re-lining shop cheaper than buying new or nos shoes... Fwiw

Thanks just ordered those along with wheel bearings for the H1 project. The Wheels should be done sometime this week and then I'm going to have to find a couple of strong friends so I can get it off of the table. Maybe when the ups driver shows up, I'll ask him if he wants to make a couple of extra bucks.

Thanks, tomorrow I will run a test on all the electrical and if everything checks out, I'll take it off the table and turn it into a "roller".

For those of you looking to wire up the aftermarket switches from Diablo onto the bike, it is not plug and play. These are the switches for the S1, S2 and S3. After much head scratching and finally resorting to a fellow member in the Norton club it was determined that a jumper wire was needed between the blue and brown wires. Now everything works as it should.

Did you mean to say switches instead of gauges? The switch I bought didn't even have the same connectors..

Edited the post, should have said switches --- thanks.
The switch for the left side had all of the correct wires in the right colours plus a flash to pass function. The right side had a kill switch and headlight on / PO / off switch both of which I am not going to use.
I'll get some pics up soon

LED's there was a post in the general section not too long ago about gauge lights. These are the led's from superbright led www.superbrightleds.com/search/led-products/ba9s-xhp5/These are polarity sensitive so if you are thinking of using them on an old Brit bike with positive ground they are not a direct plug in. Ya found that out after. I paid $6.95ea plus $13 shipping to me in Ottawa
