Problem solved. Loosened all the clamps top to btm, held the wheel straight, gave a little twist re tightened and all is good. Seems the fork tubes were a little sprung in the triples when I put it together. Fffew was a little worried there. I Couldn't sleep last night ya bugger!! , Was thinking.... that you were thinking.. Thats why i got rid of it!! Out 20 degrees is massive! Great build !! Now carry on and only post good stuff.! The thought never crossed my mind, what did though, was $hit, now I gots ta find another frame or try to get this one straightened. I never complain about free, if it don`t work, roll over and start again, it`s all good. I guess next up will be to stuff a motor into it, and cobble up some electrics. lipstick and trim can wait. Cheers

Well thought I`d chime in on this project, it`s been a while, not much to speak of really, finally back to work, and busy as all get out. What I`ve managed in the mean time is swap out out the rear shock, the other was pouched, locked up solid!!, cheaper to replace. New a/m 7" head light and ears, upholstered the seat, glassed and primed the seat/tail assembly, installed slim line led tail light, fitted a kick stand from a kz400(a little longer than a stock s3`s). Got a front fender from a cbr400r thinking it might work with the 600r`s forks, sort of, but may need some serious customization to get it just right... fun fun fun. Ordered gsxr rear sets, nice shape and complete, still waiting on those, coming from the Fort Mac area, here`s hoping... ...and got around to finishing up the rims, the rear, as thought was a night mare, what ever Honda was using to finish them was as tough as nails, took about 4 daze of scraping and sanding, but won in the end. Front and rear rims are all painted up and pretty, graphite metallic, still need tires, going with Avon road runner AM26`s. Got an engine lined up, completely fresh rebuilt `73 H1, just trying to find time for a road trip, soon I`m hoping. really when you look at it, not too much left to do, motor, tires, electrics, hand controls and clocks, then lip-stick and trim. My vision for colour is, the graphite, rims and frame, bright yellow, body work with blk carbon fibre on the tanks` knee insets, and some kind of personal logo/badge, still thinking about that one. I`ll post some pics, when it`s looking like a bike. Cheers Ps, just a thought, I have access to a set of 750 water buffalo chambers real cheep, could they be reworked to function well with an H1 engine? WTF`s are still on the wish list , just thinking about time and cost. .................................................................................................................................................................................Just received a note from Canada Post, in regards to my rear sets, `they are doing every thing possible in light of the grievous situation in and around the Fort Mac area, all possible efforts are being made to keep as much service available as possible.....` That`s fine, I`m not too concerned for my personal needs as much as for the poor unfortunate folks that have to live through this night mare, god bless all those concerned....

Update, I will post some pics when I find a spare moment; New front tire, Am29 Rear tire, back ordered to who knows when. Rear sets arrived, didn`t smell like forest fire. Picked up my engine today, just needs some spit and shine, included rebuilt trans, rebuilt crank, wiseco pistons, head work, o-ringed(good or bad??) shaved a bit, clean up port job, carbs, complete ignition. Carbs need floats and cables. Engine needs, oil pump and lines, clutch pusher, neutral switch, and a good overall clean. I will open it up just to make sure I got what I payed for, never hurts to be thorough. This engine is an H1e, #88xxx, the rubber mounts are a bit beat, so I`ll be looking for those as well. Do you guys think 900 was too much

Theoretically minimize the ringing sound you get from the fins...at least that's the line I've been fed..

I think you'd be further off jamming a small chunk of rubber between the fins to minimize the ringing. Drilling holes in the fins for that reason sounds like an old wives tail to me Zed, at least I can't see it changing the natural frequency significantly.
