Does anyone know how these oil recirculation lines go on? I see a metal part going into the cylinder and a tube going into it with a metal end that looks almost like a cable end. The manual says disconnect it but it is not obvious how it connects. I don't want to screw up the hose and end up with a big expense for something that is easy once you've done it. Thanks Dave

figured this out. working away on the instruments and new 3 into 1 pipe. Painted the frame and took the top end apart, checked it and had the cylinders lightly honed after sitting for 20 plus years. it's still no Kawasaki though but it's looking pretty cool.

Tins are at the painter's now along with the tank from the suzi. I will slowly change over a few parts but I don't want to cripple the A in case the H1 doesn't come togther as quickly as planned.
I have nice Dencoes , well 2 anyway for the H1. I have a deal to have a new left one made sometime over the winter. I still don't know if it runs right but think I did solve that little problem with another stator and pick up.

Question. I have found a bunch of different 3 into 1's for the Suzi. You seldom see them for the Kaws. Is it due to the less radical porting on the Suzukis??

All the Suzuki triples are big on tork & midrange due to the fact that they were made for turing. They make their power at a lower rpm.I suspect this is why the three into one works better on them then the Kawi's.With that said I believe the Suzuki's would still make more power with three seperate pipes.

Received a cool small chrome front fender from a Yam Virago. This is coming together!! Seems to fit the mounting holes and everything. could this be luck coming my way??? Past experience says NO.

with the instruments on, the clubman handlebars don't fit. maybe have to put drag bars on.

Be sure to put your tank on, and install controls on your bar before you settle on something. Those tanks are huge! Drag bars with controls on them hit at the extremes Last time I checked anyway. Is that fender in good shape? I'd be interested if so
