I don't have a spare one, sorry... When you put the next gasket on, RTV the gasket onto the cover, then wipe the gasket surface with a skim of grease or chap stick, that way you'll save the gasket for the next time. If I need to work on my clutch, I just lean the bike over to the left, I don't even bother to drain the oil.

I use Permatex Grey RTV without a gasket.

What about the "Right Stuff"? I have been using this on my Hot Rods and Cars for years, Supposed to be better than RTV. I could try it I guess, worst case I pull it apart again.

Good enough for my car is good enough for my bike. I buy Ford moisture cure silicone, I believe it's the same as what mraxl uses. I like the consistency and how it spreads. Although for auto applications, I stick the gasket 1 side, then coat and let skin, the other. Ford has good brake slider grease too (other thread reference)

What about the "Right Stuff"? This is the best gasket maker I have found yet.

Thanks Guys, you're going to make me blush small update, glassed the mounting bolts to the seat pan. Dropping it off at my buddies upholstery shop this morning. Hopefully they can have it done before August!

They look good to me, don't look too close to the welds I did though. Brackets are one thing but adding new suspension mounts, I left that to a better welder than me that's for sure.
