So how about zr7 calipers, looks similar to the ex`s with out the bulky mounting bracket, will these and the a fore mentioned calipers work with the thick s rotors, or do they also have to be replaced? Or maybe just use the h series clam shells, they worked good as I recall. Rick/Perry I'm using ZR7 caipers on my H1, although it's on 4mm thick 320mm dia rotors. More here...

You just have to look for a 2 pot. The later 250's had a different model caliper that is cleaner looking. Then you just have to figure out how to mount them. Most 4 pots are just too wide for the spoked wheel.

Did you install a 1/2" master at the same time? The EX calliper does work fine with the stock master cylinder but is like on steroids with a 1/2 m/c

The stepped handle is a nice feature to consider though. Visions of next summer with only 2 fingers on both left and right perches, makes me think it's almost too posh for a triple! Haha

The stepped handle is a nice feature to consider though. Yes, dog legged lever M/Cs are available for this vendor too, as the unit I bought came with one and no mirror mount. J
