well what this feller wuz talking about wuz prospects for the engine to overpower the chassis are your stunting skills good enough to straighten her out again after she swaps ends? how much of a hair trigger do you want on your upside-down switch? Some things need to be feared to be respected.... I do respect that muscular motor. All the more so considering that the resources of the board will likely be able to assist you to have all 3 cyls firing at once, etc. So much so that I would be more inclined to put her in my H2C.

Like the paper cutout for the frame mount/gusset. Not too shabby. Underside of cooling fins look gross, clean them please. ;D I have the same multimeter, dunno about the accuracy, got 15V on my dead uncharged bike battery? So no ride till this is done?

Crappy Tire screw drivers, vernier and multimeter in the pic...lol I guess I do like shopping there. Pissed me off last weekend though, I went there to see if they had any carb soaking stuff because 1 of the 3 carbs I bought was badly varnished. I asked the guy behinf the counter and he told me to use the stuff you throw in the tank to clean the carb... I asked him if he was sure it would work (I have 9 carbs to clean) He said yup and I bought 3 cans @ $6 to fill up a coffee can. I left the carb in it over night and the varnish is now blue instead of brown but still stuck fast If you don't fricken know buddy friggen say so!!! I'm going to take the coffee can full of the $hit in there and tell them it's their problem to dispose of it!

Good job, I like how you incorporated the rear motor mounts into the swing arm pivot braces. I don't know if you already explained this, but is the rest of the bike going to be pretty much stock?

Thanks David, I thought I’d try to kill 2 birds with one stone there…. For the most part, the bike will appear stock but I plan to swap in the rear H1 wheel as the rim is a bit wider for a wider rear tire and eventually, I will rebuild the H1 forks and swap them in too.. Other than that, just some custom rearsets is all I have planned. My goal is for the average, non triple guy to think it is basically a stock bike.

You might want to swap just the H1's rim over to your 400 hub as the H1 wheel/brake assy is heavy compared to the S3's. Better yet, lace a 2.5-3 in wide aluminum rim on your hub?

You've got it right lc, relacing aluminum rims would be a cool project Starting with the jig, unless one could be bought cheap Next year though...

Starting to see some progress now boyz... I got an update from Jamoo today... everything is looking fantastic!!! ;D Next, a fresh bore and bead blasting. Here are the motor mounts that S3Steve and I have been working on... A bit more fine tuning and they will be off for laser cutting.

Very nice! Those lower mounts make mine look like crap... do you have an idea of how much power that motor should put out? Or is that a secret?
