Funny how I posted a picture of my refinished hand controls way back and it was noted by a Guru I messed up my white lettering. The Pass was painted white on 4 of my triples and that photo of your project makes 5. I painted them the same as it was before I started to keep them "Authentic" . One thing I don't do is point out flaws in others as I have many, so I gave up throwing stones.
Now to my question. I have seen them both ways in Canada now, even tho the control has a "Blocker" inside to prevent me from using Pa position, all but one of my bikes has this painted in white. I guess either is correct? Maybe the Canadain ones were white like the rest of the world got and the Yanks got blacked out ones?
I remember my B, someone else pointed out "nice bike.... loose the shocks" as I have KH500 shocks on my B. Now I'll leave em on as long as I own the bike.
Antny, your doing a hell of a job, can't wait to have it blow me off the B when you pass me at 100mph

Not much of a yogurt eater myself, got that one from my Dad's place. ;D Perfect health? While I have to wait to move ahead on this project, my mental health is suffering with impatience. "Tree Huggin' Health Freaks" will look real silly one day, laying in a hospital Dying of nothing.

Just heard Canada Post dropped off a toolbox at my house from Sault Ste. Marie! -> Insert sound of hands rubbing together, "excellent" Let's hope the contents are still in good shape.

Well, it's been awhile, but we're in business. Rebuilt crank, re-shimmed transmission with new circlips, new seals. This puppy's going back together tonight.

Been having fun this weekend. Soup pics are making me jealous, but whatever... task at hand...top end reassembled: Oil pump checked out OK! Wrapped some green painter tape around the pump drive for use with my drill, then watched the oil lines dump in the bucket..*note poster in background.

Since we've got a nice ratty look going, I think I'll name her H2F Zombie, like my avatar! ;D I've been getting more stuff done, I'm wondering if she'll be ready for Paris. Very good possibility. Anyway, need to set float heights next, my least favourite task.... Thought I'd put the centre pipe on to see how it would look... loved it. Hey Don P, would these 500 pipes melt the 750 engine? If not, would it be better than H2 Wirges? Stock 30mm carbs, porting as you've seen. Please, "pipe" in! ;D Do you like my wiseco sticker? ;D ;D ;D
