Thanks guys. I need to get a hold of Jim this coming week and buy a super regulator, I can then build the last set of mounts. I shortened the frame early on in the build and had to build a new seat pan. Finally found a trick little quarter turn and flat nut to secure the pan. Hopefully get that sorted this weekend.

Had to make the drum support arm as kinda one of the last little things for the new swingarm. Had some stainless laying around so figured I would brave through that. Turned some lugs in the lathe and coped the strapping. Made the mount for the actual swingarm. Looks weird in the picture but it's just I had too long of bolt. Anyway Just have to put it in the mill and punch some holes. Skye

Got the last of my electronics mounted to my frame. Running one of Jim's ignitions as well as the super regulator. Went ahead and rubber mounted damn near everything but the coils. Then proceeded to wire up the bike. The only picture I have of the wiring was part way through. Wiring done checked for spark, cleaned up and went home. My harness is so simple and tiny. Thankfully bike theft is pretty much non existent, as she will be a kick and go with a dirt bike kill switch. Skye

Got it fired up. A couple coworkers egged me on to "just start the thing". This is the first start up since the new late model ignition, Jim's super fancy ignition box and super regulator and my eBay mini coils. I wanna ride it to ensure nothing with the swingarm needs modified. Very pleased with how is coming together. I'm sure the pusher man (Lc) will chime in with all sorts of evil ideas of more piston port power. Cheers
