Hello Malc,
Good to see you here.
Question – are you saying the H1RA fairing had a bulge in the bottom of its fairing (or the “belly” of the fairing) where the H1R fairing did not have this bulge?
If so, is the bulge in the bottom of the H1RA fairing to accommodate the H1RA exhaust chambers, which were different (did not cross underneath each other) than the H1R exhaust chambers?
Thanks, John

Hi John, Yes that is exactly what I am saying, although the earlier fairing does fit on the H1R-A According to the data we have accumulated approx 68 H1R"s were sold and 42 H1R-A"s although a number of spare frames (unnumbered) and engines were produced. A condition of buying my own H1R-A new in British Guyana was they also had to buy a spare engine with it!

That Vincent . could it have been Richard Lobbs ? He raced a single Vincent at that time. We were at the track all the time in those days days . Stands were packed all the time. Have some photo's but not racing..might have to have a look in the albums.

I believe those pictures were taken in 1978 at Mosport. This is one that I think was taken in 1976 or 77.
Probably on a KR750 or the H2r. Brad, Do you know if he actually had a liquid Kr750?

WELCOME TO KTC Bruce.
Those are the best shots I have seen from Mosport in a long time. Thanks for posting.
And look who's in the red suit with the big Z1. I can't tell if that's Lang or possibly Rocket would notice if it's the late Dave Myers.

So it seems Duhamel had the KR750 at Mosport in 1978, What year did he ride this TZ750?
So can you guess who this is on the #17 YAMAHAHA TZ750D at Mosport in 1978?

So can you guess who this is on the #17 YAMAHAHA TZ750D at Mosport in 1978? Yup... I was actually there for that race. BRUCEMC confirmed that he rode the Kawi KR750 in 78 so what year was it? I would guess it must have been 1976 or 1977 I can't see them bringing a KR750 out in 1979.

In '76 and '77 Yvon is listed as a Kawasaki rider in Formula 750. Might he have ridden the TZ in '79?
