Well since you asked...I reckon you're worth at least $10 per hour so just multiply that by how many hours it took you to do the last one... For a smart guy, you ain't all that bright! Lmao

If I needed my H2 stator completely rewound, I'd much rather pay you $200 than buy an old one off eBay for $200. Of course the H2 stator is quite different, and I have no idea if $200 is anywhere near enough from your point of view anyway.

Well my last post was worth typing then! And yes I read your post about the big hourly rate you make up in Fort Mac, but if you think we are going to fork out that crazy $15 hourly rate, you're nuts! also not gonna pay for that 10 hour cure time when you are just standing there scratching your nuts.

At present Ari, ebay gets around $95 to $110 for a decent used one. Ask me how I know that. I would guess at $150 - $175.

Real purty. I have lots of cores if you want to go into business. I can see it in lights now, " Kawonda-North." Because Ari- Kawonda sounds more like a gaseous emission after deer sausage. I guess I'll need a quick remove case to show everyone in Tweed.

Ya see, Dave already stepped up to nickel and dime $25-50 off Jim's price... I'll throw in $275 just to offset the cheap-skate.

Well I could use our shop rate @ $180.00/hr Seriously though it's start to finish about 8 hours of my time (yeah I could work faster if I wanted to ) and I'd probably settle at $200... but let's see how the final product turns out. I'll see if I feel like staying tonight to finish it.

what would all you cheap bastards think would be a reasonable price, less shipping of course? Of course the H2 stator is quite different, and I have no idea if $200 is anywhere near enough from your point of view anyway. Can we use "simple math" here An H"1" is 1/2 of an H"2", correct So let's use Jim's "logic" --- the H1 stator s/b 1/2 the cost -- therefore $100. Yeah, I'd go for that............ (Seriously - if you can "come out" OK at $200 - that's STILL a bargain)

Always the calming influence, Tom. $200 is a good price. As long as the first one is free. Ari says this is so good that I'll never need another one anyway.

Nice work Ari..Will this rewind produce more ooomph? for the electrics I would suspect so, Ian and at the very least there should be very little variance between phases as all the coil are uniform for both turns and length of turns. Surge comparison of the new coils shows no separation, Megger at 250 Volts was again 31.5 GigaOhms, and resistance is at 5 Ohms phase to phase. We really won't know until Dave installs it and checks the output... hence the Alpha stage.
