Beauty!!! I soaked my pistons in WD40 and worked the rings out a little bit at a time then soaked them again. After a week of this, I finally got them out. Patience is a virtue... That's why I'm supprised I didn't end up breaking every one...lol

I'm using mine... 145psi cranking pressure. Not perfect but still good.

Good, got my fingers crossed. Talked to Jeff at NH Cycle, he's gonna rebuild the crank and give the jugs a little hone. After that I'm starting to pull stuff out of baskets etc....stay tuned. I'm new without a clue.

Update...jugs off (finally) bores are gonna be OK. Pistons out..finally (one pin was rusty and gave me a real hard time). Crank is gonna make it, it got nice and free whilst banging that other stuff.......but...I have one piston with a hairline crack about 5mm long, in the skirt. Is it doomed?
