So float is 24mm in the other direction adjusted and fuel flows freely, got spark, compression, new plug.
Still won’t start. Could the spark be to weak?

Found a set on nos standard rings...holy crap not cheap and hard to find. Found one set for less than a hundred bucks. You are right about the high prices. Might be better off re boring as a set of piston and rings is only a few bucks more. here is a cheaper set I found. link

Started truing the rear wheel and tore it all down again start it over. I’m pretty sure I can get it better than my first time around now that I have the hang of it.

Finished up pretty much everything. Never did find a muffler and doubt I ever will so I fabbed one, removed the single baffle inside The pipe and added a small muffler I’ve had forever. Just need to play around with the carb and see what happen lol imgur.com/gallery/0FpKxlJ
