Hard to tell but all smoothed out, very slightly enlarged. But mostly just smoothed over

Engine rebuilt, Castrol Super 2stroke assembly lube and premix.. 5 kicks and she braaaaaaaped to life for about 15 seconds,
Fuel tank and peacock was questionable, I pulled the peacock apart and cleaned it and jammed some new o rings in it, fuel tank has some rust inside it. I watched a nice chunk of it break off go through the petcock and clear line, get trapped in my fuel filter and shut the flow of fuel off...
Fuel tank to come off tomorrow and have the inside filled with evapo rust for a few days then lined.

Original 1966 internal throttle... Almost a shame to have to change the handle bars...

All original cables removed, the clutch cable and throttle need to be replaced, the choke is fine, however the original choke mechanism is ran off the handlebars and it's semi mangled, I will have to fab up a new bracket and mount it elsewhere

Original petcock is non repairable, do not have one in stock, going to give it the Walms trick, run the tap up the hole and thread in my own shutoff,
Tires will be here Friday, the Michelins were back ordered (damn) but I ended up with a set of Shinkos a bit cheaper and more of aggressive looking tires. I will install them Saturday, as well as the new handlebars, risers, clutch and brake levers, cables, and grips.
In a mad rush for a few rides before it gets too cold to tune the pipe

Playing with getting a clutch cable to work properly.
It's a weird clutch system, kind of like a spragg clutch setup so the engagement is different.
Haven't had much time to get out in the shop and play with it, only about 2 hours a week
