Doesn't the Zeel have a function to swap iggy curves on the fly? I'd use that function and do roll-on's with a partner or 2 to see the difference in performance. I know with the limited roll-on's I've done with other guys this summer, it would be pretty easy to see a difference in performance. As the old saying goes, a poor carpenter blames his tools. Also, I think the bigger benefit to the spark delay really isn't only the added performance, it should allow you to run the bike hard for a longer period of time. I know with my current pipes, the motor gets really hot after flogging for a while... 370 deg on my temp sensors, that's 50 more than I was getting with the torque pipes.

Yes you can walms, with a handheld programmer. Either all 3 channels at once, but also each channel individually.
Regarding your temp raise while swapping from your torquey pipe to your race pipe:
I guess the last cone of your race pipe is steeper than on the torque pipe. Remeber, the supercharging effect of e real good race pipe can reach 1,5-2 bar as far as I know!!! That means, your compression when running on powerband, and especially at peak torque rpm full throttle, is a LOT higher than your usual 155 psi.
That increased compression makes it hotter in your combustion chamber, and my guess is that a racing exhaust gives more supercharger effect than a torquey pipe, thus more power with race pipe WHEN on powerband, NOt before.

We will sort it out.
First, you set the ignition to 23 degrees, and see how your bike runs. So, when running ok after jetting, you can start playing.

The race pipe has a 2 stage baffle cone so 1st 1/3 of the baffle has less of an angle than torque pipe but last 2/3 of the baffle is like the old H1R pipes. It hits very hard at 7k to well above what I'm will to rev the bike but John says about 11k. It will be interesting to see how this pipe performs on John's H2 over the torque pipe dyno? My guess is another 10% up top.

It's been a while since I've added to this post there hasn't been a whole lot to say I'm still waiting for dyno time which I have met someone who has his own personal dyno just that like most people who run their own business he has little time, but I'm hoping we can connect sooner than later, in the meantime a shout out to Ned for helping me out by giving me a great place to work on her and doing a few things for me while it's been there, great guy that Ned but don't tell anyone he's got a rep to protect also a shout out to Vivid signs in brampton for making me these badges if you need anything done give them a shout, family run business great guys

Great lookin' machine Neil! I really like the black frame as well. I have a buddy that has his own dyno too. He's down in Hamilton though. Like most, he's super busy and only works there weekends and a couple of evenings a week. I could ask him when he could fit a session in if you wish.

The standard question Drewski... Would your buddy be willing to block out a day for multiple bikes? Sort of a flat rate thing as opposed to dropping your bike off for them to do a single dyno pull while you are not there kind of thing? The few times I have talked to dyno guys, I get the impression they don't want you present. One of the reasons I haven't gone through with it yet. It would be little use "to me" if I couldn't play with my bike between pulls. It makes more sense to go there with 3-4 guys and occupy the place for the day.
