Looking great Jorgen! Can all years of H2 cases be machined for rubber mounting? Will you use H1 rubber mounts?

Only 74/75 H2 cases will work.

Ralf in Germany makes reproduction kawi ones. You have to make parts to fit the suki ones.

The kawi is 22mm I think, the suki is for 25mm holes. I have an very early 32xxx B cases, and 4 of the holes were predrilled by kawasaki, and alu bushings were fitted instead of rubber mounts. Holes were 25mm, different from H1 I believe.

Thank's for the kind words regarding my first build! Yes, I use the suki ones. They are still produced, and a suki dealer will provide them. At least they do in Norway. Be aware there are suki reproduction ones sold on evil bay, THEY DO NOT FIT as the OD is 1mm less then stock rubber mounts. I found out the hard way after cases were drilled, and will attach a file here where you can see the pictures. I had to buy another set, this time from our local suki dealer. I've had this project on hold for at least 4 years. First I had no time and the money, now I have the time and no money. Can't win. Can't wait to ride a rubber mounted H2!

When first tried a rubber mounted H2, you will never go back. I also have an everyday use H2b, and have done about 1000 miles with a lot less vibration than stock. Magic
