Ha, you won't believe it Steve: 3 minutes before estimated start, the freakin rain started. I love my country in many ways, but NOT the weather. So, I will finish my License course NeXT spring, and plan to use the H2 streetbike. (the theory part is done though) Shit happens

That sucks, one of the reasons road courses are more fun...you can still have fun in the rain

That is too bad! I disagree with you Steve, it isn't much fun in the rain, at least the 1 time we did it. Bikes going down everywhere, nothing like riding on the street.

A dragrace arena gets as slippery as ice when wet, due to all the friction stuff they spray on. Sticky as h**l when dry, Deadly when wet.
They use an old gas turbine (jet plane powerplant) for track drying, and still they use 1,5 to 2 hrs from rain stopping, to race start.

That sucks, one of the reasons road courses are more fun...you can still have fun in the rain So they say...I was out for 5 minutes in the rain before I found myself trying to get out from under the bike that was on top of me...

My new lock-up clutch from Ralf Schipmann. 1 finger clutch pull, NO clutch drag (can upshift from neutral to fifth and down again to neutral when standstill) And it looks fantastic through my windowed stock clutch cover. A major improvement vs my old enforced 15 plate clutch with seriously stiff springs to hold my 110 rwNm torque

Gonna put on some more mileage tomorrow. But the little impression so far (only 10 miles or something) is very good. As said.....I struggeled a bit With clutcg drag after the 15 plate mod was done. To get 100% rid of that is a major improvement. And I bet this clutch takes even more torque than the previous, and the lever is light as if a moped. Fantastic.
And it feels a bit more controllable than the old one, which is probably needed for good launches when my dragrace motor wuill be build.
