OK, I want to start something. Who would be up to a meet in Tobermory next June? Steve, if it well received, we will need T-shirts. Let me know who's interested. We have lots of area for camping and there are a couple of hotels in walking distance.

Crap, I just realized that is the same month as Paris. May is also an option. Speak up!

I`m in, if my s2 is ready, I`m only 60 miles out. The Tub hosts a great chicken and fish fry every year(different dates), that might be a good time, this could be checked with their chamber of commerce? Maybe meet up in Owen Sound and do the shore line up to Wiarton then Wiarton to Lions Head via county rd 9, great ride if you`ve never done it.

May is usually still cold for camping. Most here might well remember doing the big "two-four" weekend in places like Sauble and freezing... How about late July for the "Tub' which will be nicely spaced between Paris and Tweed? J

I may be able to offer a stop off at Sauble. I do a Sauble to Tobermory ride usually every summer via bruce rd 9 through Lion's head.. it is a great ride.

For Me it's too close to Don's and the Paris rally..1 trip is it for us . July is a nice break until TIT. July 25-28 is out as that is our Local Vintage Rally..
Or maybe the Long weekend in August?

I sorta figured the end of July beginning of Aug for better event spacing too. However, I can see ARRRRRRHHHHHHH EEEEEEEEEEE's point relating to his long drive. If dates were shifted to better accommodate the Western guys it should actually be scheduled after Paris. This way the guys could jump on the ferry and head towards Sudbury/Winterpeg and save several hrs journey, as opposed to leaving from Paris... J

Due to prior engagements, the May 31st weekend is looking like the only workable weekend. That leaves one weekend at home with the families before Donnie's (providing Paris is on the Father's Day weekend again ,June 15). Don't worry Walms, the long weekend is 2 weeks prior. Thoughts?

Enthusiasm seems to have dropped off. I have room for 6 to 8 guys in the cottage and a couple more if you don't mind sleeping on the floor(bring your own fart sacks) if that makes it more appealing. I know it can be cold and windy in Tobermory at that time of year. We have a lovely big fireplace to sit around at night and discuss the days activities.
