I would "think" a crank would have to be WAY out of phase to cause a vibration problem......

Thanks for all the help guys.. I am going to go through the posts and attempt to try all the "tests" you suggested before I rip it down.
I will take those motor mounts Andrew, Thanks! how much do you want for them? I think I am going to redo all four lower mounts.

Those brackets are free Dave. I do have 9 complete conversion kits available but I'll need some money for that. The reason I didn't mention the full kit, I didn't think you really need it.

Since the vibration cracked one of my clip-ons, I put on some RZ bars and a different top clamp. I moved the tach up higher as well to try and make it look better

It looked a lot better before, but it will be more comfortable now. I have to re-paint that master cylinder, I screwed up when bleeding the brakes..

Looks great young master David. How is your clip on / fork tube overlap? Can you drop the clip ons further down the tube, or is there sufficient contact?

Yes, the crank is at the crank master right now... I need to raise the forks up a little bit, but there will still be some overhang. The bars have a bolt to the top clamp as well (only an m6 though). I need to get different fork tubes. These are tapered and cause all sorts of trouble for me..

For the S1? Thats just primer, It will be Kawasaki green with everything else mostly black. Yeah, my insurance seems to go up every year, and i'm not getting any tickets or anything. I feel sorry for you guys in Eastern Canada. In Alberta I insure my H1 for $12/month (just basic PL/PD).
