Nice work Trevor! Where did you get the offset sprocket? 520 right? Ditto to the above, and what size rear wheel and tire are you running?? Nice work!! i got the sprocket from fast from the past. they have both 10mm and 18.6mm offsets that'l fit h series kawi's, rd's and rz's. it is a 520. i also picked up a vortex rear sprocket. its aluminum, i'm not sure how well it will hold up. the rear wheel is an 18 x 4.50 and the tire is a 160 60 18. did anyone else notice its mounted backwards? (thanks lc) i got it mounted without balancing for mockup and they put it on backwards!

Trevor, stock H2 sprocket ratio is 15/47= 0.319. I had a 15/42=0.357 setup last year (don't ask) which made for too much low revving at speed than my liking. I bought a 46 tooth rear for this year.
Stock: 0.319 My old: 0.357 Yours: 0.362

quite a change of pace trevor from a scooter to an reeded H2. I think I'd stay clear of a 520 aluminum sprocket and run a steel one. Nice work on the reeds

thanks for the gearing info givr. was your ratio using stock wheels? i used a gearing calculator and it said prety much what you describe. faster speed at lower rpm. i think i'll order up a 15t front and try to make that work. hey Don, are the aluminoid ones just bad beacause of faster wear? and how fast are we talking? thanks for the compliments on the reeds guys! i wish i could take all the credit. my buddy designed them and he'll do all the welding and set them up. i'm just helping by laying out and cutting all the peices. curtis and kawtippin, whats your address? i'll ship these free reeds out today ;D Attachments:

thanks for the gearing info givr. was your ratio using stock wheels? They're KZ750 wheels, but still 18" in the back, 19" up front. Walms' sprocket had noticeable wear after the Huron tour.
