That was an awesome video! It looks like a hoot to ride, loved the dirt road when it hit the pipe!

I agree, the dirt road looked like a ton of fun, and that thing's running great. You can always tell if a triple rider has a 4-stroke though... because he blips the throttle to downshift.

I have to say. Much more fun on the gravel! Makes it feel like it's got some power! Throttle blips Courtesy of this bike. It's a Stroker with big valves in it. If I down shifted to hard it would blow up stock clutch housing so I had to put a big clutch in it. GP shift like the S1

I hate bodywork. That's why I usually stuck with airbrushing helmets.

Body work? I don't mind it, I'm just not that good at it Sorta like playing pool The worst thing about body work is the old, "I can get it just a little better" Ya, famous last words

My stingers ended before my shocks, consequently the shocks were always full of splooge. So I lengthened them 4" to the edge of the shocks. Could not find 3/4" ID 16/18 gauge pipe anywhere in town. But I found 3/4 electrical conduit was very close. So I added that on! A bit trashy I know but it will work nicely.

Won't even notice it if they are re done in black
I used to love body work, until my buddy bought an older Chevy pickup....

thanks everyone for the comments, its nice to know that its a bit different and not just a weird ratty bike. well im getting bored waiting for parts, ive got a front numberplate here, but waiting for my LED headlight. also ordered a front tire. a 3.50-18 duro hf308, which is a copy of the carlisle i have on the rear. it should be nice to have a proper set of tires on it, i just hope it still handles as well as it does with that wider tire. my tank is ready for primer, as soon as the weather co operates. the garage is a bit cold in winter. going to try and get some vintage flat track going around here this summer, thats the 74 husky. but have to find used tires for it.

Did or do you guys ever use Carlisle tires on the dirt? They were the dogs bollocks when I was ice racing way back.
