I just finished this yesterday. I've had it since July. It was on static display in a museum in England for many years. I rebuilt pretty much everything except the engine to make it race ready for the owner. It'll be raced in Georgia in February. Dave Howarth, who runs the Track Days did the paint and airbrush work

Very nice. One of the few Honda's I wouldn't mind in the garage.
I could have bought one cheap 20 years ago from a VRRA racer for $2500! Yes I still kick I disagree over that one!!

WOW! That looks great Rick, Where did you get the tank and exhaust? They look like the originals. The tank was on it..the exhaust came from the UK..reproduction system...it's unbaffled and freakishly intoxicatingly loud. I have to test it with a decibel meter..it may be too loud for some tracks..

Very beautifully done! I bet that museum would love to have it back! I remember when i was younger my dad bought a blue 400 off you for my brother! well admiring your beautiful craftsmanship on your bikes i had mentioned my 400 tank on my bike was toast! You gave me one for free you had sitting up on a shelf! Thats the tank thats now proudly sitting on my S3 in my picture. Many years later just wanted to say Thanks! You made a little guy real happy that day! Mitch

I bought a vinyl cutter last year... If that was Howard's bike you'd want to cover up his paint job!
