I'd imagine the prestige is right up there with a H2... Something like Dave Crussel's big horn would be cool.

Kinda in the 'super motard' style. Keep the 'patina' (classy way to say, rust!) on the tins, 'hop up' the engine a little, upgrade the rubber and ride it.

Yes it was raced the way you see it in your pic. Then when protested they had to use the original pipe. Then protested again they had to loose the ram air & go back to stock wheels & brakes. They were still winning.

Brad Cool info Brad! I've loved that pic for a while now. It makes me smile thinking about riding it on the street. It would be fun to toy with some 350 Hondas.

Man, this beast is lookin' better by the day! With some elbow grease, the wheels are cleaning up pretty nice! The rest of it looks a little worn, but darn good for an early seventies dirt bike. The worst is the clucth... WHOA!!! That thing is STIFF!! Cluctch-less shifting will be the rule fer sure!! Pics to follow!

I believe the clutch basket is basicly the same as the H1.You should be able to fit H1 plates & springs without a problem.Easy to find around here.

I know the G3 has a nylon actuator, it might be a good idea to check the condition of yours. To flush the cable, make a funnel from a sandwich bag, stab it thru the top of the cable and wrap with duct tape to make a funnel. Use WD40 then engine oil to lubricate.
