Hi Guys, Have a '71 F7 with very, very dim head light and clock lights - any suggestions please?

Hi Guys, Have a '71 F7 with very, very dim head light and clock lights - any suggestions please? Run a jump wire to your ground to a good known ground, dim lights usually mean grounding issue

Yeah - have tried that - even earthed to the battery but makes no difference

How is the ground strap from battery to bike.
After that, I would use a multi meter, and on the plug find out how many volts you are getting to the plug.... Anything less than battery voltage is no good and start tracing back through the wiring harness, all the connectors.. Etc
