I'd post about my DT100, but the new forum is just for Kawasaki singles. Is it intended to be about 100cc or smaller ego slayers, or Kawasaki singles?

But the DT100 is a Yamaha 100cc single.

What type of motor is the DT? Piston port, reeded or rotary valve?
The first bike I ever rode was a DT80... It was pretty mild compared to "my" first bike Suzuki DS80. The Suzuki was a trail bike as well but ran circles around the DT... It ran circles around my brothers KE100 too though! Lol Anyway, the only thing I remember clearly about the DT was the 3/8" diameter peashooter stinger!

It's a reed valve engine. RD reed cages bolt on without modification, and I have a bigger than stock carb for it. I figure with a little porting, proper squish, and a chamber, it should go OK. M in SC's little bike that I rode at DG has the same engine, and he's got it going like a bat out of hell.
