Paul the ebay vendor is autostar. Price per kit is $8.70 plus postage. Jim does sell a kit. I have bookmarked the thread. I will go back to it and see what the thread title is. Autostar has an online store they sell quite a variety of electrical restoration stuff. Thanks for getting me to look them up!

There are quite a few bullet connector choices on eBay now. Sellers include: jg-scooter-partshonestlifechnautostar <- has good selection of connectors, kits, and crimpers I have no personal experience with any of them. I was offering kits to help you guys out, since Vintage Connections stopped shipping to Canada, but it was really only a break even thing, so it's a good thing that you now have some choices that are probably better than buying the connectors from me. ;D

The shrink wrap tubes you buy, even from Vintage connections, are always a flat black and not glossy like original equipment was. Anything that shrinks like it does, losses any finish when changing/shrinking. Thats why it can not be bought with the shiny finish. Steve, there are some suppliers who claim to have glossy shrink tube. I have not tried it to see how shiny it is after shrinking. www.wirecare.com/products.asp?prodline=H2Gwww.techflex.com/prod_h2g.asp...and others if you search for "glossy shrink tube".

I was told by the guy at Vintage Connections that the shine is gone after shrinking. I took him at his word Jim. It made perfect sense at the time. He told me you are changing the material as it shrinks and it losses its luster. Somebody get some and let us know if it is as advertised.

Definately looks glossy in pics. Shrinkflex has a 2:1 shrink ratio. Substantially cheaper to buy bulk.

Ordered some 3/4, 1/2 and 3/8 today. Will see how it works. Will have extra to pass on at cost.

Any of you guys simply build a new wiring harness with good wires and bigger connectors like say molex or something? (cut the alternator wires etc and add a molex too)
