There was some discussion about difficulty in getting bullet connector kits shipped to Canada, so I thought I'd try to help. I can offer 25 of each, male and female single bullet connectors with matching clear vinyl sheaths in small zip-lock bags. The connectors are tinned, rather than bare brass. I prefer tinned because they are less subject to corrosion. These are the ones I use on the CDI units I sell, and can be seen on this page: www.lakeserv.net/kaw/h2_rebuild/index.htmlThe kit with 50 connectors and sheaths total, including shipping to Canada by US Postal Service First Class International, is $19.00. (to U.S. addresses, $18) Delivery time is listed as "varies by destination", so don't order these if you need them for a show this weekend. The rules require us to take these to the Post Office, rather than put them in our mailbox for pickup, and that means a round trip of about 16 miles. For that reason, they will normally go out with our regular Wednesday trip to the PO. We do sometimes go on additional days, so if possible, they will go out then. Or order a kit, send me your PayPal address and current shipping address, and I'll send a PayPal invoice. Once paid, the kit will go to the Post Office the next Wednesday at the latest. -Jim

Great news Jim..do you offer the crimping tool required? I'm guessing this isn't like the car type found at any local auto store

I don't have any crimping tools to sell now. I assume they're not hard to source, but if I'm wrong, please let me know and I'll see about getting some. I use one I've had for a very long time.
I can also add double female bullets to my next order if they're needed. Same with rings, although they're usually not hard to find locally. I'm not crazy about double females, because they don't seem to have the grip of singles, so on my H2 I install two singles when that comes up, but I understand trying to stay original. Lemme know what you need and I'll try to help.
Edit: I just sent an inquiry to the manufacturer to get pricing on the OPT LY-03B ratchet crimper. Adding a crimping tool to the order will change the shipping deal quite a bit. I think it would probably mean something like six or eight bucks for 1st class and around $12-$14 for priority. I'll post when I find out the pricing for the tool.

The subject came up in the Wiring harness restoration thread, so I'll repeat my post here: There are quite a few bullet connector choices on eBay now. Sellers include: jg-scooter-partshonestlifechnautostar <- has good selection of connectors, kits, and crimpers I have no personal experience with any of them. I was offering kits to help you guys out, since Vintage Connections stopped shipping to Canada, but it was really only a break even thing, so it's good that you now have some choices that are probably better than buying the connectors from me. ;D
