Looks like a hillclimber like we had way back. Its still running, who would have thought that back when it was new. YeeeeHaaaa!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure the only hills there are handicapped ramps leading into the bank thats about to be robbed. Make a good get-away unit. Maybe not. plugs would probably foul ;D Rob
