There has been a lot of discussion regarding those. The bottom line is they are cheapass Chinese stuff (sure the eBay account is in Japan). I bought a set for my 250 and they actually looked to be well made (never ended up using them but sold the rings to a board member who is running them now). A guy in England ran them in a race bike and they did very well although eventually he did have a failure, but apparently that was after many laps at redline.
The 400 pistons have a slightly higher pin location (I think) and the compression is down a wee bit. For a bike that isn't going to flogged like crazy, they might be just fine...for me, if I could get better quality that's what I would do.

i agree w ian on this...waaay too cheap if ya gonna flog it..unless you dont care if they disentigrate in your engine..

Not a hope in hell would i ever put those in any motor i have..I'll fork out a bit more $$ and get NICE ones.
