have a jess seatcover, an RB seatfoam, and my seatpan requires some minor tweaking before she's ready... anyone have a tried a true method?
BTW, my seatpan has a few of the tangs busted off, any way to repair this? I was thinking of having a thin strip of sheet metal welded on the inside of the seatpan lip where the lip is somewhat flimsy, then tack some small triangle shaped pieces on the new metal. Seem like a good idea?

methinks a call to the local upholstery shop is in order.
