Finally got my XS650 hub. FZR rotors bolt right onto it. I just hope the calipers will clear the spokes. Now I need to find some aluminum rims. Maybe Mid-Ohio. I know you guys will be sad... but I think this will be the last update for a while.

I still think that seat is a touch too long at the back....
What pipes are those? They would look horny on my race bike... wink wink nudge nudge

Starting to take shape. Is this why you are looking for another flanged rim?Walridge Motors (the British bike parts supply) in London sells rims, spokes. They have flanged rims in 36 & 40 spoke wm3x18 for $245.They will also lace wheels & are reasonable. The flanged rims are just like boranni. Not sure if this is any help.

Yeah, the tail is a little long, but I had it laying around.. this is a bit of a budget build. Those are the FPP RD350 chambers I was telling you about.. If you find out that they can be used on a DS6, you are welcome to borrow them to copy.. but I know the bore/stroke is different on the ds6 compared to the ds7/r5/RD350.. as well as the port timing ect. The silencers on these pipes are junk, I have a set of toomeys that will go on.
Yes Brad, this is the bike that needs another flanged rim.. The rear wheel is a KZ1000 and the front is a XS650. So that's why I need the 40 spoke.. I will look into Walridge.. I believe they go to the bike show in January. Thanks.

I have there parts book,as I have bought quite a few parts for my BSA.They do respoke Suzuki & Kawa hubs to there rims for lots of racers.I would give them a call as they usually have a huge sale for the two months before christmas. If you wait you might miss it.
