My 1st 2 stroke rebuild was a simple KV75, purchased for $20 from a friend who painted it white and green. It needed a new coil so I got a similar replacement from an old Suzuki. Worked perfect, got it running good, but then the pipe burst out a small section. I did get it fixed after this picture was taken so the exhaust wasn't coming out of the front. It was totally fun ripping around on this thing. I had a big piece of sponge I sat on (not attached) when riding. Sold it to my old boss, wish I had it back. Same old story. This is my H1D when I bought it. Pipes not installed, but did turn over with good compression. From what I've experienced, the guy who had it before me broke the kill switch, (always off) and the other electric control switches (busted guts) I still had to buy it though. Didn't mind the red, but it wasn't right for some reason. I changed the colour to clear coat chrome with my powdercoating system. Looked really cool but I just wasn't sure.... Changed it to shimmering candy blue. I like this angle...I'm getting another set of bodywork so I can change on a whim. I love this stuff!
