Pic of White Bike- my 76 the day I bought it. bent shift forks, no spark on 1 cyl, carbs mucked up good but less than 5,000 on the clock. Complete tear down of entire bike, all new tires, tubes, fork seals, taper steering bearings, wheel bearings, swing arm bushings, rings, small end rod bearings and pins, crank end seals, stator fix, shift forks, all engine and tranny seals, sprokets and chain, all cables etc....It runs awsum. Now have 13,000 miles and running strong.
Pic of Blue one- I call it a 72 KH. Frontend is a 72 as is the engine, all hand controls, wiring, reg/Rec and running points. I was told the 72motor is the last year before they starting detuning the horsepower. It is way faster than my Real 76 KH and the sound is insane with those pipes(wirges?)
Pic of Black and Green thing- Got this S3 as is not running. 1 bad carb float, points/condensors it runs sweet. I will have to say it rides and handles better than either of my running 500's Thats "the boy" going for his very first triple ride, I let him ride it up and down the concessions a bit, it's now in pieces so he won't bring the cops home and will be done next year. He's leaving it RAT Black and green. We found got stock pipes in Ohio, those are my chambers, on loan. I love this little thing, makes me want a 250 triple too
I'll be starting a real 72 soon after the S3 is finished.
Thanks for posting my pics Ric, I can't figure it out on this MAC
