Nice looking oven, I tried finding more information about Dillon, but there doesn't seem to be much out there. Just a photo site, with no descriptors. It looks a lot like a lab oven I used to use.
Andy some questions; 1. What's the power requirement and consumption? 2. Does it have electrical approvals? CSA, cULus, ESA, etc. 3. How many different sizes are there, and what are their costs? 4. What is the warranty coverage and duration?

I design and build the best electric powder coating batch ovens on the market . All of us who enjoy doing our own powdercoating have come to a stop when our part would not fit in our range oven.
The main problem with building a larger oven is the heated area can not balance the temperature until the heating elements are turned off. Hot air does rise, but its not the same movement in a controlled space.
Each of my ovens have my copyrighted design air chamber. The visible oven interior is encased in a second chamber. The heaters are mounted under the floor panel. When energized the heat rises thru the portals in the floor, into the ovens interior. It is then drawn into a portal in the ceiling by the top mounted circulation fan then blends the heated air and the blows it out and down behind the ovens visible walls back over the heaters.
This is my new color !
The oven stands 64 inches tall by 46 inches wide by 39 inches deep. The interior dimensions are 36 inches high by 36 inches wide by 30 inches deep. I know the customer always ask for larger, but 27 cubic feet is huge. If you can powder coat 85 percent of your parts with this size oven and then send out the other 15 percent you will find out your better off in the long run. If you can't. you need a larger oven.
The interior is galvanized..........it will not burn because we use low wattage heating elements !
The exterior color is a blue/dark blue hammertone finish with chrome handles
Casters are 6 inch locking by Cornwell
The electrical receptacle required is a 30 amp 4 wire. The heating circuit is 240 volt single phase and only draw 24 amps.
Oven Features;
30 amp main breaker
20 amp heater breakers
15 amp circulation fan and PID circuit breakers
snap disc thermostat, shuts the oven down at 425 F, then automatically re-starts at 380F
1 hour safety timer ( in case you forget to turn it off)
4 - 1500 watt heating elements (won't burn your interior like other ovens)
My copyright design has an air convection chamber surrounding the inner visible box.
