Change of Plan for the BBQ, there ain't gonna be one. Sally has to work Saturday and it's too much work for myself. In years gone by it was easier with her and Tommy's help. All the work and running around takes away too much time and becomes a distraction. Add in I don't seem to sleep for a day or two before the party. Turning a simple task like getting spark plugs for a guest ........
So new plan, not firm yet..................................... We can hit the CVMG show early in the am, say by 10 but it's boring, and once you seen one BSA, face it, you've seen em all. And too much BS taking our bikes inside, what a joke. I can do without the show and by the time we get all bikes running on three cylinders, it'll be noon, been there done that !! Maybe a ride down to the lake, Port Dover and Turkey Point. We'll eat supper there then head back by dark to my place for a pi$$-up. It's all about the ride and the stories of triples anyway. I'll get munchies and maybe some hotdogs for snacking on later.
Does this suit everyone? Idea's or input appreciated.

I like to go with the flow..... Hopefully lead the flow a bit this year. Hack! cough! Oop ack! Most of us only attended Pipewelder's presentation at the grounds last year, then split, no love lost on the CVMG. The fun part is seeing all the cruiser riders and NTR gawk at the triple line up parked out front on Willow St. 59 days to go. Got to revise this old gif, omit BBQ

Hell, I brought a nice steak to the first annual bash and I forgot to eat it. ;D ;D ;D "short ride eh" A roadside greasy spoon would do me just fine... I tend to crack a pint soon as the ride is done so evening this year would be nice for a change...l

I for one will miss standing around the barbeque listening to BS about how some guy's triple is the best ever especially after I've been killing myself trying to get one running for this thing for 10 weeks before. Plus, Don seems to burn everything anyway. I think that the bunch of you will have to spend too much time getting my 500 running right to be wasting time at the Q anyway. I guess what I'm saying is that I'll be there anyway. I could afford to lose some weight. But, you better be really nice to me, I'm grouchy without food. Hopefully the Beer Store will be open that weekend. The BSA owners will have bought up all the Bass and Guinness though. Bring your tools. Geez, your right, Z, I am a sarcastic SOB.

Last year Biker Don's bash (Fri night) was the very FIRST (after taking the heap around the block) ride of the year. Hopefully I'll get the thing together a bit sooner this year! I actually am scheduled off work that Sat, so hopefully I'm in if the heap co-operates!!

We need one of firedude's bacon wrapped bushmeat fatties. ;D A years supply of cholesterol in one shot. I forgot to eat at the first event. ;D Can always throw a sandwich or 2 in the tool bag. I bought a 6 foot sub from subway for a stag a few years ago. It's a lot wider than a regular sub. 8 guys demolished it. It was assembled on a wooden plank, the plank went in the fire, plank deposit lost. ;D
