I love music, all kinds. Not just country... grunge, metal, classic rock etc too. How bout a spot to post cool songs, we could do up a playlist someday for our Parties, after Givr is finished playing of course. Here's a country hit to start out, if you don't watch and enjoy this video, then you may have issue's beyond our control. This little hottie is just so sexy, the song catchy....you've heard this title before, they say she stole it? www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nu32vyCldh8

I always liked going into the "St Barry music dept." on RB's old board. I picked up the new Alice in Chains, sans Staley. It needs a few listens in order to get into it. Otherwise quite good, I'm just mad I couldn't get tickets for their show, they booked the Opera house of all places, sold out in 0.5 sec. Got Beatles Rock Band as a gift. Great fun, of course the kids are better than me. I put the real guitar in their hands after, they weren't too into it. Stupid video games.

I was thinking of picking it up as well... tell me what you think of it.. I really don't like the idea of Alice in Chains without Layne... Check out the video for "A looking in view", best song on the album IMO. The video, ehh, but the tune is definitely AIC, the rest of the album is more like Jerry Cantrell solo stuff. Albums, I'm dating myself! ;D you tube link, audio only www.youtube.com/watch?v=w98ht7j4i4QAIC website link, video link at far right at bottom of the video viewer. www.aliceinchains.com/content/?page_id=157

^ Interesting covers, I haven't heard many of them before.
I ended up getting the New AIC CD... not sure if I like it yet.

Was going to get tickets for Slayer/Megadeth, but it's over $80 per ticket after the "bend over" and "my bonus isn't big enough" service charges. I'm passing, too bad a decent night out in TO costs as much as 2 seal kits and a stainless screw set.
