Raced at Indy last weekend..ya the big track that NHRA holds their big event...wonderfull facility.
Did well-ish...went out 2nd round.
For those of you who may not have seen my times...these are my best so far...
These times from Indy...not all on the same run..
60'.............1.397 1/8...........6.098 1/8...........113.72 1/4.............9.741 1/4............135.40
Talked with Craig from Racers Choice the other day...he figures there's still a bunch more to be had...I'm thinking of dropping off heads to be done this coming week. Kinda wonder if I should keep pushing or just be happy with what I have?
I may go out a few more times before Labour Day weekend..I'm planning on going to Grand Bend that weekend..details to follow.
;D

A few random pics... Towed the old trailer with the 'new' truck.. The van gave me a hard time going to the Race at Martin MI..the transmission puked once..gave it some fluid, and all was good, but I think I dropped a cylinder too. Got 10 m.p.g. in the van..thought that sucked, until I figured out the mileage in the truck..cruise control 65 m.p.h....air on...are you ready.. 7.6 M.P.G.!! About $80 U.S. to fill every 3 hours...8 1/2 hour drive each way!! Oh well...... Deb does a great job towing and starting.. The nicest and fastest bike there was Bianco Racing's H2..He went about 8:85..140+ M.P.H.. Pushing the bike to the starting line... Ready??....ah...YA!!! Don't have any shots in the water or at the starting line. I've gone to an outboard starter, and Ded does the grunt work, so she has to put the cart away, and boogie down the track to tow me back..she says she doesn't have time!! I keep saying 'multi-task woman'!!..she says...well...a few things that can't be posted.. I'll search around a few other sites and see if I can come up with some. The next AMA (Prostar) meet is in Norwalk on our Thanksgiving weekend. Y'all should plan on going..it's going to be huge!!! Gary (Canada's fastest H2....until Craig comes out of retirement)

Great pics Gary! Norwalk does sound like it should be a good time, do people camp when they're down there? Or stay in cheap little motels?

Got the bike loaded on the small trailer....going to 'Racers Choice' Tuesday to drop it off with a sack full of heads...to let Craig do his majic.... Craig figures another 10th or more by cutting down the heads...I'm a little worried about the stock crankshaft, but what the heck!! I really love the banner pic...that was taken last October...I'm hoping for a '9:50' on there coming up...here's where I was at the last round at Indy... If ya wanna play ya gotta pay!! Gary
