Need a set of shiny new wheels? We are now offering wheel building to our customers. If you need a rim, we stock new DID chrome steel rims to fit all triples and other models. Aluminum Sun rims can be supplied on request. Your choice of stainless or zinc spokes. New bearings and seals can be installed if required. Send us your hub and we'll do the rest. We'll lace your hub to the rim of your choice, true it and send it back. We don't offer sandblasting, polishing or painting so the hub(s) must be sent to us finished and ready to go. Here are some pictures of our work. Contact me by e-mail at sales@reproductiondecals.com

That looks fantastic Repo, How much would the full treatment be if only the hub is supplied? It depends. The actual lacing and truing is $80. Spokes, rims, bearings and rim band are not included in that price. Pricing for rims varies depending what size is required. Pricing on spokes varies depending on model and whether you go for zinc or stainless spokes. It is probably best to choose what you want laced to your hub ad we can go from there. If you are thinking of sending your hub, it must have bearings in place for me to true the finished wheel. If new bearings are purchased from us, installation is free if we're building a wheel. For 250, 350 and 400 triple owners, we can also lace up an 18 X 2.15 rear rim rather than the stock 18 X 1.85.

What about an 18" rim for the front of my H1 Andre? If I have spokes for a standard H1, H2 Z1 wheel, would you cut them down or use different ones? I already have a really nice 18 TAK rim, also the H1 front spoke kit and a hub I can bead blast and powder coat before sending to you.

Cutting down 40 spokes accurately and re-threading them is quite a bit of work. The time involved might cost more than buying the right spokes. I can supply the right spokes if you need them in zinc or special order in stainless.

Didn't know you're into that as well.SWEEEEEET!Maybe get all your polishing? Craig Fine by me Craig. Everyone has different expectations with polishing. The majority of people seem to want everything super shiny which isn't right on a stock restoration but looks nice. Polishing is the one part of the wheel building process that we are not planning to get involved in.
