If the spark on the left is strong, then it`s more than likely a fuel problem, crank seal or compression.
Are the plug wires connected to their correct cylinders??
Best part of this hobby is trouble shooting.

So some success swapped left and right coil wires and ran on all 3 cylinders great now i had previously swapped Centre and left carbs so ive swapped them back so i could adjust the mixture and set idle and bugger me it went back on 2 cylinders center and right so im going to swap left and right carbs as a least if it runs on all3 cylinders i can do the mixture adjustment slowly getting there Ps how to upload videos on this site Regards Simon

The Boyer actually fires all 3 cylinders at once. As such you must have a very good battery to possibly keep up with the extra current draw.
Over the years many have reported poor results installing a Boyer system on a Kaw triple.
It appears the weak charging systems in the kaws simply can't keep up with the large current draw of firing three coils at once.
You might want to go back to the standard 3 point setup if you continue to experience problems.

That's right,Boyer fires all cylinders at the same time.On my S3 I changed all my lights to LEDs to make up for lack of charging.I blew three condensers in one summer and would not want to go back.
