I have one trusted opinion already but am wondering. This B kicks over fine but when I back it up, it jams up like it's in gear. I have been told that the kick start spring is out of the seat. Sounds reasonable to me but opinions are welcome.
I don't know why I would think that I could do an H1 and not have to look at the kicker... I may have to change the name from "Wanna B" to " B from Hell"......

Since I now don't trust anything that came on this bike, I will bite the bullet and take it all apart in order to check the transmission too. I have seen about everything on it cobbled together from a pile of different bikes and years.
My trust of the member who sold it to me is next to zero. My own fault for buying , and trusting, from pics sent over the web...

Darth made a great video there! The marketing deptment would tell you that is a feature is to help roll back on a steep hill.

To be clear, it does this when it is not running.

It's normal for the bike to only roll back 3 feet, in gear with the clutch pulled in.

Is there any other symptoms? It could even be a seized link in the chain. Does the kicker seem to work normally or is it known to be the kicker mechanism?
