So with all that's going on, I've actually found time for my h2 project. Inspecting parts for the motor, my eye was drawn to the area where the seal runs on the crank, left side. There is som light pitting. After a clean up with 600 grit wet and dry, this is what I've got. I don't think it's "good to go" as it sits now.
