I'm lost; is there any one in BC / Lower-Mainland to help?

almost 3 years trying to get this 75 H1 to run right.

 

Current issues: 
Oil system/Pump, bit of air in the lines, cylinders seem to not be getting equal oil. 

I practically rebuilt the Oil pump once trying to solve this; I'm at my limit. 
Only possible weak link in it, is the inlet threads had to be fixed once, looks good, but maybe not good enough? 

Light scoring on fresh pistons/cylinders after 20kms. Perhaps due to not getting enough oil. 

 

Unsure of my carb tuning, it was running in less than a full kick, which I thought was great, cept the scoring. 

 

I need help. It just should be this hard to get this bike running, and I have thousands into things going wrong now.
