Can anybody confirm that Pt No R40516C is in fact the correct bolt for the master cylinder? Two sites I've checked listed it as a 12mm bolt. (Fortnine and Drag Specialists) They list the R40514C as the 10mm bolt. Hmmm.... Might have been a typo but the Banjo Bolt (PT# R40516C) is used for the Slave cylinder and not the Master as they have different thread pitch. I looked up the part numbers again on the Russel website to confirm and their numbers are correct with what I had on the work instruction. ALTHOUGH if you look on the chart it goes from 10mm to 12mm back to 10mm so perhaps that was a mistake on their part.... I would tend to trust the other sites of they ALL consistently say different.

Link for the "slave cylinder" does not seem to be providing info as to where to get it ? Buy it ? Can anyone expand on that or provide additional info as to where it can be purchased etc ? THANKS

THANKS The Slave Cylinders referenced in this thread were designed and manufactured by one of our board members; Ned. I don't have his direct contact so you can try sending a PM. He had a run of them made last year and from what I know there still may be some left.

Wow. You go MIA for 6 months and........... I had another batch of 25 made last spring (?) due to demand and sold 6. So they are still available! I have been running DOT 5 in my H1 and H2 setups since the beginning and have yet to have an issue. But thanks for putting this thread together crazy, you did a better job then I ever could due to my.....oh look, a squirrel! Ned

Sounds good! The bike's almost finished...I'll see how my girlfriend likes the clutch on it and then go from there. ..I have a feeling as soon a she tries my H2 clutch she'll be convinced
