I was told some where or by someone that all 3 plugs fire at the same time is that correct

No. The system is almost identical to the H2 system. It's powered by two magneto coils in the alternator, a low speed and a high speed coil. Their output is rectified by the small ignition rectifier unit, and that is sent to the CDI units. There are three of those, one for each cylinder, and they are triggered by three different pickups. Each CDI unit fires a coil, one per cylinder. So when the projection on the magnetic ignition rotor passes a pickup, it causes that CDI unit to fire its coil, which fires only one of the spark plugs.
The factory manual, available on the resource site, gives more details of the operation of that system, and has some photos.
The Boyer-Bransden system does fire all three at once, three times per crankshaft rotation, as I understand it.

I have a after market ing box on and they all seem to spark at the same time cant remember what box it is but I payed about 400 for it
