Hey, isn't there supposed to be a ball bearing behind the clutch pusher in between the push rod?
I just got a ball bearing pusher from z1 and the cupped end looks like a ball bearing should sit there.
If so, anyone know the size?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: for kawasaki h1

Well it appears that the H2 was the only one to get a ball bearing on the push rod. The H2 parts fiche was the only one I could find this morning, a little more digging and I see that none of the H1's had a ball bearing. thanks anyways. Skye

Has anyone seen one on an H1?
That's weird the S2 parts fiche doesn't show one.

Never seen one on an H1. If your new pushrod is shorter than stock you should probably use one. An old steering stem ball would work, since you said your Z1 Enterprises rod is dimpled.

H 1 does not have the ball. H1's already have enough balls. H1's are the cool ones. Who needs more balls?

Only the H2 has a ball bearing in there (stock anyway).

Being that the z1 clutch pusher was so deeply dimpled I decided to pull it back apart and install a 5/16 ball bearing.
Before doing this my clutch actuator was almost maxed out so the extra length brought it back to about the middle (still well away from the sprocket).
I now have ball bearing actuator (kh style), all 5 veserah clutch springs and a z1 pusher. Before installing the single ball on the back, clutch pull was stiff. The ball bearing actually made the operation considerably smoother than without.
I'd recommend it to anyone running the z1 pusher.
