Got a line on a set 750 pipes up here, What would the reconfiguration diamentions be to make them work on the 500?

If you think they peaks a bit early, the easiest way is to cut the belly about half.
But that is not very smart I think, as the volume decrease a lot. And you don't wanna decrease volume more than necessary.
Therefor, you probably should make the header Shorter. May be a difficult task though.....
They may work as is, but peak ppower rpm will be a bit low due to the tuned lenght.
Roughly, lets say a Stock H2 peaks at 8000 rpm With them dencoes. Your H1 will peaks at about 7500 I Guess, based on the total height and duration of Your ex port/stroke.
I would have triedthem as is, definitely I would.

Triples in tweed 2009 isn't on youtube unfortunately. It showed walms doing the test run and oil pump validation. I'd say it was pretty successful. I think walms is still running the rubber band recoil on the pump.
