It's time my RZ350 went back on the road.. It has 86,000 KM on the chassis, everything is worn out. The swingarm had about 3/4 inch up and down play. All the bushings were totally worn out in the linkage, luckily I bought a really nice complete set of linkages at a swap meet last year. Yamaha want's crazy money for the bushings/seals. It's getting a new set of bt-45s, new sprockets, fork seals, steering head bearings (all balls of course ). The shifter seal was shot, I had a new one laying around that I don't even remember buying. The master cylinder was shot too, I found a nice used one from an early FZR600 in the garage.. perfect. Look out Walms Unfortunately my insurance is up at the end of June for the triple, and I won't be renewing it. It ran flawlessly (still rich in the warm/humid weather) all last season. It needs some suspension tweaking and someone who knows what they're doing to jet it. It will be on the road again some time. I still have about 2 months worth of riding it though.

I blew a cylinder base gasket. I figured I would put new seals in the power valves and install new rings while it was apart. Also some paint.
